DVD Decrypter

DVD Decrypter is one of the best programs for burning DVD ISOs or creating a DVD ISO.  This program will read encrypted DVDs but has no shrinking capabilities. If the DVD is 4.5+ gigs you will need a dual layer burner and disk to copy create a copy.  You can always just create an ISO on your hard drive and play the movie with a DVD emulator.
